One degree beyond 360 is a place few ever achieve and most never fully understand, for many greats, getting to 360 is enough. Going that one degree beyond is what 361 is all about. That extra degree is about innovation and creativity. Alicia's favorite training shoes are the Voltar and the Shield, and for racing long course triathlon she prefers the Onyx. Her favorite feature of the 361 shoes is the QUIKFOAM technology. QUIKFOAM provides a softer, faster, longer lasting cushion by converting energy into more responsive cushioning.

NormaTec’s founder, a physician bioengineer (MD, PhD), recognized the powerful potential of external dynamic compression and its crucial role in healing and recovery. The concept of using external compression to aid the body with its normal circulatory processes has been around since the 1960s; however, the science of compression had no major technological advances during the first 40 years of its use. After trying every available compression pump on the market with only unimpressive clinical results, NormaTec’s founder realized that the key to advancing the technology of external compression is improving the massage pattern. Thus NormaTec developed and patented Sequential Pulse Technology, and the NormaTec Recovery System was born. Normatec uses a unique massage pattern that incorporates pulsing, gradients and distal release. Using Noratec for just 20min a day can speed recovery.
